Móinéir Irish Blackberry Wine (750ml)

The Móinéir Irish Blackberry Wine is a rich, elegant berry wine made from 100% Irish blackberries. Fermented and bottled in small batches at our winery in Co. Wicklow, it has a deep ruby colour, soft tannins from the blackberry skins, and a smooth, balanced finish. While fruit-forward, it’s not sweet – there’s a touch of natural softness, lifted by gentle acidity. Often compared to a red wine, it’s complex yet easy-drinking, and a natural choice for those who enjoy reds but want something a little different. Vegan-friendly and low in sulphites, it’s a true expression of Irish-grown fruit and care.

Elderberries are a native Irish plant, growing happily in meadows and hedgerows and often inhabiting areas that are quite inaccessible. The wild elderberries in this wine are foraged around the Wicklow Mountains, then blended with luscious Irish blackberries to create this delicious wine. With real depth of fruit flavour, we have captured the moment when the Irish Summer turns to Autumn.

Perfect as a gift or as a wine for special occasions. It is low in sulphites, suitable for vegans, and has an ABV of 11%.
