You must be 18 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol, whether visiting Wicklow Way Wines in person or buying from us online.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Ireland (18+).
Proof of age may be required before fulfilling your order or serving wine on site.

All tours and tastings must be booked in advance.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
We may reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, operational issues).
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the winery premises, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
Assistance dogs must remain under the handler’s control at all times.

Group bookings of more than 12 people must be arranged directly with our team.
Private events may require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

We operate in line with Ireland’s responsible service laws and reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated.

Wine sales are subject to availability.
We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18.
Orders placed online will be shipped via our chosen courier service; delivery times are estimates and delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
We cannot ship alcohol to locations where local laws prohibit it.

Guests with allergies should inform us at the time of booking or ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that food or drink is free from trace allergens.

We occasionally take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let a staff member know.

Wicklow Way Wines is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on site.
Participation in tours, tastings, or events is at your own risk.
