Although still technically off-dry, this wine is the sweetest of our three, and pairs perfectly with Wilkies 70% Dark Chocolate. Like our other wines, it is made from the pure juice of Irish berries, in this case raspberries, and zero grapes. The flavour is intense and the aromas will take you right back to the long days of summer.
