Our neighbours, McCabe’s Coffee, are a speciality coffee roastery located in Newtownmountkennedy. They take pride in handcrafting small batches of coffee from the world’s best and most sustainable sources.

Q Graders that they work with, both in Ireland and abroad, grade the quality of their coffee with a score out of 100. Speciality Coffee must score 80 or above. The majority of their coffees score between +85 and +90 and some in the +90 to +92 range, and all of their coffee is 100% Arabica.

Taste notes: peanut butter, biscuit, and apricot. Intensity: 3/5.

Mocha Java

Taste notes: chocolatey with delicate citrus notes, earthy. Intensity : 3/5.

McCabe’s Blend

Taste notes: rich, creamy, dark chocolate. Intensity: 5/5.
